(meals will be charged on site by the provider/restaurant to each participant)

Afterschool can provide an accompanying French native teacher as visit leader for the following cultural visits or evenings :

- Half day cultural visits (3 hours each) in Lyon city centre in the afternoons from monday to friday,

- half day shopping (3 hours each time) in Lyon city centre in the afternoons from monday to friday,

- accompanying to restaurants (2 hours) in Lyon city centre in the evenings from monday to saturday.

Price for accompanying teacher is 60 € / hour per group for up to 6 participants, + 5 € / hour for any additional participant.

Price for visit planning or restaurant finding and booking is 20 € per group for up to 6 participants, + 10 additional € per 5 additional participants.

Choice of visits and restaurants will be carried out by a form to be filled out by the group leader, and information and full programme will be sent by email to the group leader by Aterschool.

FINALISATION OF ENROLMENT

Upon receipt of enrolment, Afterschool will send a copy of the form to each participant by email..

Enrolment will be finalised upon receipt of the corresponding deposit (please see below), depending on accomodation availability.

A deposit is required to confirm an enrolment:

- 300€ if total cost is lower than 1200€

- 600€ if total cost is between 1200 and 3000€

- 1000€ if total cost is between 3000€ and 4500€

- 25% if total cost is over 4500€.

You will receive a confirmation letter from us upon receipt of your enrolment and deposit. The balance due should be paid minimum 1 month prior to arrival.
